If you have diabetes and are not using a pump, contact the school nurse.
No student is allowed to carry medication of ANY kind EXCEPT an inhaler. However, students may carry inhalers ONLY if there is a medication order signed by the student’s physician stating the student may self administer medication (see Medication Order to below) AND a Medication Administration Consent Form (again form can be found below) by the student’s parent/guardian.
